“​My girl Lauren, aged 5 has attended Sonic Fitness Gymnastic since she was just 3 years old. Although being so young she has learned so much in a short amount of time, and can now do many moves and loves showing this off to everyone. Before the first lockdown in March last year we attended classes in Newcastle community hall so I did not have to travel far for this service. During lockdown I was delighted that classes continued, through Zoom, as Lauren just loved Eithne and everything about gym. I have such admiration for Eithne for continuing to teach during these very scary and uncertain covid times. Eithne is always positive, professional and is so easy to talk to and always gives great advise and information. They look forward to going during their Easter and summer holidays as well as mid term breaks and as a working parent this is a great service for me as I have the security of knowing that my boys are having great fun while on their holidays and for me I can continue to work. Camps are carried out in local halls so I do not have to travel far and all games and activities are age appropriate and there is always a huge variety available ranging from hockey, soccer, arts and crafts and baking. My children always come home with yummy treats and lovely art stuff. Eithne is a pleasure to deal with, always approachable and professional and she clearly enjoys working with children. She makes the camps so much fun and this is the main reason why my boys always choose Sonic fitness camps over other camps. “​​​​​I've been doing Personal Training with Eithne from Sonic Fitness with over 7 years!!! Currently I'm injured at the moment with a broken arm and can no longer train until it heels up but I have booked back in with Eithne again this June 2021!!!  I'm so excited to get back Training again! Eithne is an amazing PT she always pushes me 100% at each session and she works on the areas that I need to work on!  She brings along so much equipment each week and varies the session to my needs and goals. Eithne also checks in daily & this keep me motivated throughout the week. Eithne does a detailed Exercise and Healthy eating plan for me to follow at home, she also does my weight and measurements each week too. I also joined Sonic Fitness 6 week online course & it was the best decision I've made, I was a bit nervous doing online training but it was fantastic and so easy to follow!!!
